Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational refractory company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years of strong experience in sales divisions. This position will be based in Banten, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities:
- Identify new customers and maintain a good relationship with current customers to achieve sales target and improve an organisation's market position
- Grow, and leverage the network by identifying & prospecting new clients to increase market share
- Maintain current clients by presenting new products and services for client retention and enhancing existing relationships
- Interpret customer requirements to deliver the best solutions for the customer
- Negotiate tender and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions to achieve the maximum sales revenue
- Coordinate with internal team to provide after-sales support services to maintain customer engagement
- Provide sales report to management regularly to provide comprehensive sales achievement update information and to define the next action plan
- Support internal team in designing product align with customer requirements to provide best solutions for the customer
- Support the Company Business System including 5S by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvement as metrics warrant
- Oversee and ensure compliance to all relevant HSE policies, procedures, and controls across the Sales department
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or Engineering discipline
- Have at least 10 year's experience from Refractory Company
- Advance sales communication skills: Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Negotiation, Closing Skill, motivation for sales, and able to communicate in Good English
- Strong knowledge of refractory, products, markets, and its applications
- Mastering Sales Planning & Budgeting
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Ms. Office, Mis Power point, Ms Excel)
- Willing to be located to Banten, Indonesia
