Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on Civil and Geotechnical. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 3 years of experience in handling Sales Management for Civil and Geotechnical. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities:
- Directly report to Business Development Manager .
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the Sales process.
- Develop new project by actively searching for new clients and customers
- Able to travel to do site visit to Client side
- Conduct presentation to customer that can lead into new opportunity
- Generating new business for soil project
Job requirement:
- Having at least 3 years of experience in construction industry
- Having minimum a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Having strong network in private contractors/developers
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Having experience working for private contractor is preferable
