Monroe Consulting Group is an executive search firm recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company. Our client is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective market execution across key cities in the Bicol Region. This is a full field-based role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure in-store visibility and product placement
  • Implement promotions and marketing activities
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends
  • Work with internal teams for smooth operations

Key job qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years sales experience (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel within Bicol region area
