Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a local distributor of high-quality and yet affordable product line of medical equipment and supplies. They are looking for a Sales Executive for North Luzon Area that will responsible in generating new leads to meet and exceed sales goals. This role will directly report to the Sales Supervisor. This position is an onsite work arrangement, and their office is based in San Fernando, Pampanga.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generating leads in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
- With at least 3 years of sales experience in any medical industries including imaging products, diagnostic and monitoring equipment, infection control and operating tools.
- Knowledgeable with medical and healthcare equipment terminologies.
- Willing to learn new products.
- Strategic in complex selling, aggressive, confident.
- Good communication skills and great at building relationships with clients.
- Willing to travel and to work onsite.
