Sales Lead (Coal and Biomass Trading)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational company in trading. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in industrial sector for the job of Sales Lead - Coal and Biomass Trading. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Direct reporting to General Manager
  • As a marketer (sourcing side) for coal and biomass trading business
  • Commercial negotiation support for HQ trader with Indonesian coal/biomass supplier
  • Operation for Indonesia coal/biomass shipment
  • Networking with new supplier for sourcing activities
  • Other assignment based on team needs.
  • Working with Global networks to chase and materialize business
  • Build, maintain and strengthen the relation with the existing local and overseas clients.
  • Supporting the team in daily business operation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in commercial discipline from reputable university
  • Having experience minimum of 3 years in trading company as Supervisor/Assistant Manager
  • Having experience and a proven achievement in sales/marketing field for a minimum of 4 years
  • Having wide knowledge and network in coal and biomass commodity
  • Having experience maintain and building relationship with local and overseas clients
  • Proficient communication in English Business level (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in using MS Office (Ms Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Has good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, self-driven, leadership skill and proven in terms of teamwork
