Sales Manager
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on oleo chemical. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a sales and/or procurement professional with at least 15 year's experience with combining sales and procurement background for the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in North Sumatera.
Roles :
The Sales Manager will provide a pivotal role in the growth and profitability of company as the key-point of contact to help develop and drive sales with key customers both internally and externally (B2B). He/she will manage the business development relationship for a wide portfolio of products.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability :
- To ensure that all activities conducted is in adherence and meeting quality requirement, food safety, feed safety, environment, occupational health and safety.
- Responsible for business development of internal and external B2B customers to help optimise profit for the company.
- To partner effectively with the customer to drive and manage new sales opportunities to cash generation.
- Responsible for end to end order to cash generation, excellent customer service and customer complaint and claim management.
- Responsible to grow the brand internally and externally as the supplier of choice with the focus on sustainability.
Skills :
- Willing to be place in North Sumatera
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree preferably from Engineering and or Business field, Sales/Marketing
- Have combining min 15 working years experiences in sales and procurement/ sourcing/ supply chain
- Have basic knowledge about ISO 9001; Sistem Jaminan Halal, Kosher, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, ISO14000, ISO 45001 : 2018.
- Very strong communication skills especially in English (mandatory for dealing with customers).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Highly numerate and analytic.
- Self-confident.
- Excel and Word skills.
- Ability to respond and deliver under pressure.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Understanding of logistics/shipping incomes.
- Experience in leading and managing projects.
- Building internal and external network.
