Sales Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a multinational medical device company. The role will be based in Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, including promotions and campaigns
  • Handle team management functions such as hiring, training, and development of Sales Representatives and/or Clinical or Product Specialists
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback
  • Prepare and monitor the sales department budget, including approval of expenses
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance using key metrics
  • Address and resolve escalated customer concerns related to products or service
  • Set sales quotas and monitor individual and team performance
  • Identify market trends and emerging business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or team management experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within Luzon territories
