Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager on behalf of a multinational medical device company. The role will be based in Makati City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies, including promotions and campaigns
- Handle team management functions such as hiring, training, and development of Sales Representatives and/or Clinical or Product Specialists
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback
- Prepare and monitor the sales department budget, including approval of expenses
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance using key metrics
- Address and resolve escalated customer concerns related to products or service
- Set sales quotas and monitor individual and team performance
- Identify market trends and emerging business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 1-2 years of supervisory or team management experience in the medical device industry
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within Luzon territories
