The Sales Manager (Advance Wound Management / Wound Care) will provide a supporting leadership role for the Franchise Manager by mentoring and coaching Advance Wound Management / Wound Care products sales team members in achieving profitable sales growth along with developing KOL and leading surgeon relationships within Bangkok.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and implement a brand sales plan to align with brand direction.
- Create and develop partnerships with key customers, opinion leaders and to drive achieve the business outcome
- Provide brand leadership and direction and continuously develop excellence in product and technique knowledge, and selling skills of the team
- Maintain a high level of knowledge (roadmaps, competitor products, pricing, market share, and key product differentiation).
- Provide timely updated analysis, and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Extensive experience in Wound Management products is preferable.
- Experience in Thailand sales management
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and the local Thai language.
- Result-oriented and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
