Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales team to ensure team's performance of sales.
Defining and monitoring sales targets for products and other targets (CSI etc.), - Motivating, evaluating and developing the team
- Supplying guidance and ensuring maximum market exploitation in accordance with standards
