Sales Manager (Music Instrument)

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal attainment.
  • Manage and develop relationships with dealers across Indonesia to strengthen distribution and drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to support product development and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Design and implement creative promotional strategies to enhance product visibility and increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth sales execution.
  • Resolve customer and dealer issues effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market visits and business trips to strengthen market coverage nationwide.

Job Requirements

  • Male or female candidates are welcome, with preference for male candidates.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager in FMCG, Retail, Electronics, or Musical Instrument industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop innovative sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Highly target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willing to travel frequently for business trips.
  • Experienced in preparing sales reports and developing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
