Sales Partnership Leader (Technology)

International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international Edtech Start-up company. Our client is seeking Sales Partnership Leader. This job is based in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam.

This role is to help build relationships with all the best tech companies operating in Vietnam to help our best graduates find jobs with the best companies.

Your work is important for our job placements, but also as connecting our academic teams and marketing teams companies so we can continue to offer the most modern and useful tech curriculum, and the most exciting and relevant tech events in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on business development role where you'll spend your time talking to both HR/Recruitment leads and technical leads from our current partners, as well as discovering new companies to work with, including:

  • Handle incoming requests from employers looking to hire technical talent
  • Discover new companies that are hiring
  • Negotiate partnerships to facilitate placements for new graduates
  • Research and report on industry needs and trends
  • Work with students to understand what they can offer and how they can be a good fit for our industry partners
  • Attend networking events or relevant industry workshops

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Account Management, or Recruiting role of 3-5 years (preferably in the tech industry)
  • Existing network amongst tech community a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Fast learner and passion for helping others
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven, results-based approach
  • Professional attitude
