As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least five years' experience in sales in a multinational company for the job of Sales Retail. The job is based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Direct report to the Head of Sales
- Drive retail sales growth
- Manage distributor / retailer relationships
- Ensure execution of sales strategy in region
- Lead the business in East Java
- Sales forecasting and demand planning
- Ensure on-time delivery and stock control
- Manage pricing, contracts, and profitability (P&L awareness)
- Implement AR policy and collection discipline
- Execute sales strategy and marketing programs
- Conduct market analysis & competitor tracking
- Maintain and utilize CRM systems
- Provide product consultation and application support
- Lead the business by focusing on development in retail
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Degree in Engineer or related field
- 5 years in sales (retail building material related products).
- Must have experience handling distribution / retail building material channels.
- Strong exposure to construction-related products/materials
- P&L understanding
- Pricing strategy
- Contract evaluation
- Forecasting accuracy

- CRM usage
- Good product knowledge is preferred (construction / building materials)

- Bahasa Indonesia fluency (English is a plus)
