Sales Specialist (Manager)

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing global technology company focused on building international communication and social-discovery platforms that connect users worldwide through digital interaction and community engagement. The organization is currently expanding its user base across multiple markets through scalable acquisition strategies, influencer partnerships, and social media-driven growth initiatives.

Our client is currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Specialist (Manager) who will be responsible for converting qualified leads into active and verified users on the platform. The role will focus on guiding users through the onboarding journey, building trust, and ensuring successful activation and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and relationship management background, with the ability to influence, nurture, and retain users while optimizing conversion rates across the funnel. This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert hot leads from marketing team into verified users, ensuring successful onboarding and activation
  • Build trust with potential users and guide them through the registration, verification, and initial setup process
  • Clearly communicate platform value, benefits, and expectations
  • Optimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizing drop-offs across the funnel
  • Ensure users are consistently contactable and responsive, addressing any blockers in a timely manner
  • Support users in producing and maintaining high-quality media content (photos, videos, audio) to sustain activity levels
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user quality


Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in user acquisition, sales, business development, influencer partnerships, or community management
  • Ability to manage the full user funnel - from lead generation to conversion and ongoing engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence users effectively
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversion, retention, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both local language and English.
  • Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a fast-pace & target-driven environment
  • Pro-active approach with the desire to contribute to the project.
