Key Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution discipline across all functional and technical workstreams, ensuring adherence to the master schedule, milestones, and quality gates.
  • Align and manage a complex stakeholder matrix, working closely with the community, internal leadership, and Tier-1 Systems Integrators.
  • Proactively identify, track, and resolve program risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies before they impact the critical path.
  • Establish clear project governance. Deliver precise, data-driven status updates, readiness assessments, and reporting to the ERP Transformation Director and Steering Committee.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the SAP Activate methodology across all project phases, from discovery and preparation through to deployment.
  • Lead comprehensive Go/No-Go readiness assessments, manage complex data migration/cutover execution schedules, and oversee the hypercare framework.


Job Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate a definitive track record of delivery and ownership, rather than passive participation.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Full-Cycle Experience: Proven leadership of at least three (3) full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, spanning from initial planning and blueprinting through go-live and hypercare.
  • Greenfield Architecture: Direct experience leading Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations is mandatory. Candidates whose experience is limited exclusively to technical rollouts, system conversions, or minor upgrades will not be considered.
  • Multi-Site Complexity: Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, multi-entity programs, successfully coordinating deployment activities simultaneously across multiple manufacturing plants, business units, or distinct legal entities.
  • Vendor Management: Robust experience managing Tier-1 Systems Integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, or equivalent) in a formal project management capacity, including SLA and deliverable accountability
  • Framework Expertise: Deep, hands-on mastery of the SAP Activate methodology, including standard phases, workstreams, quality gates, and deliverable tracking.
  • Readiness & Deployment: Verifiable experience executing operational Go/No-Go readiness assessments, cutover orchestration, and hypercare support structures.
