Responsible for leading both the internal and external communication strategy and deployment in SEA cluster. To build the company's reputation, through knowledge in health and nutrition to key stake holders in order to deliver company's key message
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver external communication and annual program to support company and brand reputation amongst customers within SEA.
- Develop integrated campaigns within the framework of year plan. Manage the execution, involving other parties in each country.
- Identify opportunities for public releases and media coverage, manage press events, trips and involve internal experts as media speakers.
- Provide program evaluation and measurement tools to evaluate communication campaigns.
- Manage crisis, via effective communication strategy and materials both internally and externally.
- Drive change management in communication initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Experience in communication or external PR in the FMCG or healthcare business preferred.
- Track record of implementing PR programs and crisis communication plans, with measurable results
- Experience in media management
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
