The SEA Technical Communications Manager is responsible for promoting the company's products to clients, key opinion leaders, and specified key accounts. Enabling the implementation of the marketing business plan with sales through active support of targeted strategies and tactics that align with the global direction.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and provide technical training for sales team.
- Provide strategic direction for technical skill development, and addressing gaps in key areas.
- Provide coaching and support sales through discussions, presentations, and seminars.
- Take part in product planning, including evaluation and input to the product and research pipelines.
- Support key account strategic through communications training.
- Meet with KOLs to establish relationship and partnerships with the company.
- Create material and detail tools for sales to use.
Job Requirements
- Veterinary Degree is a must.
- Excellent communication and coaching ability.
- Experience in team management is crucial.
- Passion for animal nutrition.
- Excellent communication in written and spoken English.
