Senior Branding & Product Marketing Manager

Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnering with a Engineering solutions company that specialised in AI & IoT for Senior Branding & Product Marketing Manager.

This role leads the strategic positioning, narrative development, and brand evolution of a portfolio of enterprise‑grade digital solutions. Acting as the link between complex technology capabilities and market perception, the role shapes how products are understood, valued, and adopted by public‑sector, enterprise, and commercial customers.



Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Product Positioning

  • Define and manage a cohesive brand and narrative framework across all digital products, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and identity
  • Develop differentiated value propositions that clearly articulate product relevance and competitive advantage in enterprise and institutional markets
  • Ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints, including product interfaces, marketing materials, and executive‑level presentations
  • Create high‑impact commercially focused materials such as case studies, solution briefs, white papers, and sales enablement assets
  • Partner with sales, growth, and product teams to ensure messaging supports commercial objectives and customer conversations

Content & Digital Presence

  • Plan and execute a multi‑channel brand and content strategy across professional platforms and owned digital properties
  • Produce and curate technically credible, insight‑driven content that highlights product capabilities, innovations, and measurable client impact
  • Translate internal milestones-such as pilots, launches, partnerships, and technology breakthroughs-into externally facing brand stories
  • Develop long‑form thought leadership content, including articles, opinion pieces, and executive‑authored viewpoints that influence industry dialogue

Visual & Experience Consistency

  • Own the digital look and feel of product‑related marketing assets to ensure quality, cohesion, and brand alignment
  • Work closely with design and creative partners to maintain a refined and consistent visual standard across platforms and formats


Required Skills & Experience:
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 6-8 years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, or technical storytelling within software or technology‑driven environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing brand narratives and positioning for B2B or enterprise technology products
  • Hands‑on exposure to marketing complex, platform‑based, or large‑scale digital solutions

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts, architectures, and workflows into clear, value‑focused messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when engaging senior, non‑technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building thought leadership and professional brand presence across digital and industry channels
  • Comfortable operating within fast‑moving technology ecosystems and cross‑functional environments
  • Experience in content development, storytelling, or digital journalism is an advantage
  • Exposure to regional and/or global enterprise markets is a plus
