As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in industrial project for the job of Senior Business Development Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the Director
- Market Growth & Sales: Proactively identify and capture new business opportunities within existing and prospective client portfolios to achieve defined sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a key ambassador for the company, maintaining strong ties with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure a competitive edge.
- Strategic Collaboration: Participate in weekly and monthly sales strategy meetings, providing data-backed insights and presentations to support business findings.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in high-level internal discussions (including sessions with our NL Senior BD team) and external workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Administrative Support: Support the Proposal Manager in creation of comprehensive, high-quality proposals, create "Minutes of Meeting".
- Marketing & Engagement: Support marketing initiatives, including industry events and content creation, to enhance brand visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from reputable universities
- Minimum 10 years' experience in business development, consultancy, or project leadership within Industry & Buildings.
- Proven track record of winning complex projects with multinational clients.
- Strong regional market knowledge and established business network.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of consultancy and engineering services and commercial models
- Strong ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and cross‑border teams, collaborating with colleagues across countries and cultures.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
