Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Philippines, is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading IT services providers in the Philippines and Southeast Asia; providing a wide range of services across highly dynamic markets such as Energy, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Public Administration. Our respected client is currently seeking for the job of Senior Business Development Manager. The job is based in Pasig City, Philippines but currently offers WFH setup until further notice.

Key job responsibilities include:
Senior Account Manager/Business Development Manager preferably with knowledge or experience in Utilities industry.

  • Senior experience in business development and relevant experience and capacity to manage the operation of the market
  • Identify, develop new business leads/opportunities (prospecting, qualifying, and researching)
  • Identify solutions/services fit for new business requirements of existing and/or new clients
  • Deliver presentations to existing and target clients on company solutions/products and services
  • Submit reports on leads/opportunities in the account pipeline
  • Update sales systems or other systems used in the business development activities (e.g. CRM)
  • The candidate will manage key client accounts, work directly with clients to retain and/or develop the account, develop pipeline and develop the pipeline into solid opportunities.
  • Candidate will also manage other BDs within this account facilitating activities and collaboration towards a common goal
  • Candidate will also work with internal delivery partners to develop proposals and arrange pre-sales activities in pursuit of an opportunity
  • Candidate will manage the end-to-end process from leads generation to contracting and close out


Operations

  • Lead the involvement of the right delivery unit/s in proposal development
  • Prepare and submit proposals to the client
  • Present to customers (solutions, products, services)
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers
  • Draft and review of contracts
  • Submit reports on sales activities and accomplishments (monthly and weekly)
  • Updates sales systems or other systems used in the sales activities (Negocia, CRM, My Operations, Dedications)
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs (revenue/sales, margins, billing and collections)
