Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an international leasing company in Bangkok. The company has been providing financial lease and operating lease of automotive for clients in Thailand.
The position will be responsiblefor debt collection for one of the leading leasing company in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, control, and monitor debt collection team to achieve company collection ratio target
- Monitoring OD customer and monitor collection ratio base on company policy to comply with the law
- Motivate, improve, and increase staff efficiency and staff skill to reach the company target
- Increase work efficiency by innovating and customize the documentation process
- Create and plan the new method to develop the work process
- Analyst and find the solution to resolve the problem for management timely
- Initiate, perform and or oversees special projects or assignments to execute and implement
Job Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 7 years working experience in management position of debt collection in commercial Banking and Leasing company
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
- Good decision making and problem-solving skills
- Have knowledge of the law related to debt collection
- Target oriented
