We seek a dynamic and results-oriented candidate to lead product costing operations, drive cost accuracy, and support financial decision-making across the manufacturing plant.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Plant GM in ensuring financial accuracy, cost efficiency, and compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. This role requires strong costing experience, analytical expertise, and the ability to analyse financial aspects to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Direct the preparation, analysis, and compliance (GAAP/IFRS) of all plant financial and management reporting.
Monitor overall plant performance and costing by tracking critical KPIs, including ROS, ROCE, inventory health, and labor cost ratios.
Champion the annual budgeting process, long-range financial forecasting, and rigorous cost-center budgeting.
Serve as a strategic financial advisor to operations, sales, and procurement to maximize profitability and streamline pricing/quotations.
Supervise SAP Controlling (CO) modules and ensure airtight month-end closing procedures.
Safeguard company assets by enforcing robust internal controls, mitigating risk, and aligning with plant ISO and safety standards.
Lead and develop a high-functioning cost control and finance team
Job Requirements
Academic background in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Solid experience in cost accounting, financial planning, or plant finance within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of product costing, budgeting processes, and Thai tax laws.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
