Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global professional employer organization with offices in USA, Philippines and Costa Rica. They provide full-time remote teams to leading companies in a wide range of industries. They are looking for a CPA who is well-versed in audit functions. The job is on a WFH set up and is on US Time Schedule.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Plan, develop strategies and supervise fieldwork team in all phases of an audit engagement
- Prepare financial statements and require disclosures in compliance with policy and regulations
- Perform planning, creating, and developing assignments
- Identifying and resolving assurance engagement
- Research technical issues that arise during an engagement
- Report issues immediately to the engagement team and collaborate to resolve them
Key job requirements include:
- 3-5 years' experience as a CPA doing assurance/audit work
- Someone who knows audit and US GAAP
- Preferably from some leading auditing firms
- Willing to work on US Pacific Time work hours
