Job Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain critical applications Implement automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-cod
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
- Sustain and improve the process of knowledge sharing throughout the engineering team
- Have on-call responsibilities in rotation with the engineering team
Job Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience with Linux systems administration.
- Hands-on experience with testing and deployment automation systems such as Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc.
- Experience with multiple virtual servers and cloud technologies Microsoft Hyper-V, Proxmox, VMware, Kubernetes, Virtual Private Cloud, Docker, Amazon Web Services, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as NodeJS, PHP, Python, etc
- Experience working with APIs including GraphQL and REST
- Experience with data management technologies MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.
- Experience with issue and code management tools Jira, Git, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile development technologies
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
