Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a #1 global market leader in digital shopper marketing. Our client is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer based in Makati. The role offers a hybrid work setup (2-3 days onsite) with a night shift schedule.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Own the entire frontend development of our next-generation B2B SaaS Product.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to develop complex yet highly usable, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces.
- You will ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of internal-facing and external facing applications.
- Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code.
- Keep up to date with latest web development tools & technologies.
Key Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing web applications in client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue etc…
- Track record of building and launching modern and clean customer facing web applications
- Proven ability to produce pixel-perfect screens using HTML and CSS from high-fidelity designs.
- Proven experience working with design systems and UI component libraries.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Proficient with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, resourceful, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Startup experience is a major plus.
- Proven experience working with Python a definite plus
