Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading personal care manufacturing company As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8- years' experience in Human Resources for the job of Senior HR Specialist. This role will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while strengthening organizational capability and employee engagement. The job is based in East Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the annual HR strategy in alignment with business goals and global HR direction
- Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across all organizational levels
- Design and implement employee engagement programs and internal communications to foster a positive and high-performing work environment
- Manage probation processes for employees at Supervisor level and above, ensuring proper evaluation and onboarding experience
- Administer and optimize internal HR systems and intra-company platforms
- Improve HR operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing team effectiveness
- Act as the main liaison for labor unions and maintain strong relationships with relevant government institutions
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG industries
- Strong knowledge of talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement practices
- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Experience in handling labor unions and government relations is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
