Senior HR Specialist (Personal Care)

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading personal care manufacturing company As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8- years' experience in Human Resources for the job of Senior HR Specialist. This role will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while strengthening organizational capability and employee engagement. The job is based in East Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the annual HR strategy in alignment with business goals and global HR direction
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across all organizational levels
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs and internal communications to foster a positive and high-performing work environment
  • Manage probation processes for employees at Supervisor level and above, ensuring proper evaluation and onboarding experience
  • Administer and optimize internal HR systems and intra-company platforms
  • Improve HR operational efficiency by streamlining processes and enhancing team effectiveness
  • Act as the main liaison for labor unions and maintain strong relationships with relevant government institutions

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG industries
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement practices
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Experience in handling labor unions and government relations is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving process improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
