Job Descriptions :

Support the execution of commercial and operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth processing of customer requests, transactions, and related documentation.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of operational matters.
Monitor and manage administrative processes to support business objectives and service excellence.
Act as a key point of contact for process-related inquiries and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to team members on operational best practices and process compliance

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related discipline.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2-5 years of experience in customer operations, commercial support, business support, shared services, or related functions.
Experience working in a B2B environment with exposure to operational coordination, customer engagement, or process management.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
