Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company within the aviation services industry for a Senior Procurement Manager position.

This role will lead the procurement function and oversee a team responsible for managing a broad range of procurement activities supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement function across multiple spending categories.
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
Manage procurement activities related to operational requirements, maintenance needs, equipment, facilities, and indirect spending.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, governance standards, and best practices.
Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes and systems.
Manage, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
Proven experience handling diverse procurement categories and managing end-to-end sourcing activities.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
