Responsibilities
- Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally
- Tracks and reports on the status of key projects and product development
- Client facing role for large programs and projects. Responsible for direction and execution of program management
- Functional knowledge: deep understanding and knowledge of program, portfolio, and project management, as well as agile planning & execution methodologies
- Product design and approval in line with the Lifecycle Development Policy. This includes new product approvals and changes to existing products encompassing end to end value chains, product collaterals collaterals, policies, control frameworks
- Support senior management team, product and solution teams to help drive new product expansion and initiatives
- Manage interdependencies and coordination across program/projects to ensure that information relating to deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
Requirements
- Suitable candidates will bring previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of successful project delivery and program management
- Your experience working with Open Banking platforms is highly advantageous as is your previous experience in working in a fintech, software, API or products
- Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
