International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational chemical ingredient distributor. Our client is seeking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B sales of pharmaceutical ingredient.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish new customers and segmentation.
  • Plans the itinerary and customers' visits and reports in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly basis.
  • Accomplish sales goals.
  • Provide customers with technical service of the product by co-operating with the Managing Director and suppliers.
  • Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records of all customers and prospective customers.
  • Work with Regional Segmentation Manager for commercial service as well as promotes goodwill of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • More than 4 years of distributing pharmaceutical ingredients.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Chemistry. BSc Pharmacy is preferred
  • Language: fluent Vietnamese, and good English business level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish internal and external relationships to serve customer.
  • Customer-focused, aggressive, and results-oriented.
  • Good at negotiation, persuasive & effective communication.
