Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with a fast growing e-commerce enabler in Indonesia. Our client is looking for a Sr. Sales Performance Analyst to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Job responsibilities:
- Analyze and review requirements from stakeholders to understand pain points and create, craft and compile reports to meet those needs.
- Gather different data sets and create a data visualization model accordingly.
- Analyze sales data to generate business insights using statistical methodologies and machine learning tools.
- Working with commercial heads to provide key insights to devise strategies and their execution across the (local) city.
- Providing key insights to commercial heads to help strategize and execute it accordingly across local regions.
- Lead local project management.
Job requirements:
- 4-5 years experience in sales performance role.
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in GSuite or Microsoft Office, SQL, etc.
- Able to work with cross departments.
- Experienced in delivering an easily understandable set of data visualization to stakeholders.
