Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Engineering Services Company for a Service Delivery Team Leader role . As the company is continuously developing, our client is seeking a professional with a the exposure in Operation, Technical, Commercial, and Inspection Services for Oil & Gas. The responsibilities will includes :

Company & Job Description :

  • Accountable for the service delivery of team members to deliver services in Indonesia.
  • Accountable for contracts performance, safety management systems, service delivery and by providing effective planning, budget, time and quality controls and stakeholders management.
  • Oversee contract schedules, financial tracking and manage risks and issues. Ensure contract's documentation is in order that in compliance with contracts, legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and support debt management in cooperation with company's credit control function.
  • Conducting service delivery reviews, periodic reporting the service delivery status both internally for management and externally for clients under the terms of contract.
  • Provide visible, pro-active HS&E leadership, ensuring that all the company group and local HS&E policies and processes are followed, including any necessary client-specific requirements, in particular, ensure that stated requirements for incident reporting, task risk assessment and safe methods of work are followed
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members, service delivery supports, sales by managing and evaluating the team effectiveness and taking corrective action in line with relevant processes.
  • Ensure team members & own authorizations are up to date & continue development is planned through performance review process.
  • Ensure activity monitoring is carry out and reported in accordance with management system requirements
  • Support/attend inspection activities during the peak time.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business or higher from a recognised university or equivalent. PMP certification PMI are preferred, etc.
  • Min. 10 years of experience in working or involved in Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Power, etc
  • Familiarity with procurement, Manufacturing, QC/QA, Inspection, and Business Operations
  • Experience in managing a team and implementing sound people management practices (recruitment, team engagement, development, and retention)
  • Knowledge of legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements of the relevant countries within area of responsibility and project management tools
  • Result oriented, customer focused and process driven individuals with the ability to build strategic relationships/alliances
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Provide operational, project, and technical, and commercial leadership
  • Awareness of strategies, products and processes across company's service lines
