Strategy Analyst - Oil and Gas
Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Industrial division is currently recruiting on behalf of a public listed gas distribution and value-added premier energy solutions provider company. They are currently seeking for Strategy Analyst to assist in leading the strategy management team in the development of long-range of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.
Job summary:
The successful applicant is to assist in reviewing and analyzing existing business strategies in order to ensure alignment with the business' overall strategy inclusive market benchmarking, industry intelligence, consumer knowledge, and development of strategic initiatives.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Develop and recommend company' growth and diversification strategies
- Provide oversight and facilitate development of corporate/strategic development initiatives
- Scan, evaluate and develop business case for potential acquisitions, alliances, merges, and divestment
- Evaluate and recommend strategic rationale for strategic business development opportunities and initiatives
- Conduct company portfolio's optimization evaluation
- Develop business plans for entire new corporate ventures
Key job requirements include:
- Recognized Degree in Business Admin or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development/management consulting/corporate strategy/strategic planning preferably in gas or energy industry
- Excellent business acumen
