We are seeking a curious, practical, and collaborative professionals to work closely with clients to analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact. You will contribute to projects involving production and manufacturing optimization, supply chain transformation, ERP and digital transformation, planning and forecasting, and end-to-end operational excellence.


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyse production, manufacturing, and end-to-end supply chain processes to identify operational challenges, root causes, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support the design and implementation of business process improvements, operating models, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.

  • Evaluate ERP and enterprise systems, including SAP, Oracle, MES, PLM, IoT, and related digital solutions, to ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Assist in demand planning, supply planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory optimization, and supply chain planning initiatives.

  • Coordinate with client stakeholders and technology vendors throughout project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and change management.

  • Contribute to project management activities, business development, proposal preparation, market research, and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or management consulting.

  • Knowledge of production, manufacturing, and end-to-end supply chain operations.

  • Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with technologies such as MES, PLM, EPM, or maintenance systems is an advantage.

  • Six Sigma certification, Japanese language skills, or experience with supply chain planning solutions are considered a plus.

  • Business-level proficiency in English.
