Supply Chain Support Consultant is responsible for supporting retail ERP and supply chain systems following go-live, ensuring system stability and smooth daily operations. Working closely with business teams, IT, and vendors, this role focuses on resolving issues swiftly, maintaining integrations, and providing hands-on support across key areas including inventory, replenishment, warehouse, and planning.

Job Responsibilities

Support ERP and supply chain systems in production environments
Provide Hypercare and post go-live support to ensure seamless transitions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly while identifying root causes to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Support key operational areas including inventory, replenishment, warehouse, and planning
Monitor integrations, data flows, and CSV files to ensure accuracy and reliability
Track, document, and escalate critical issues as needed
Assist with testing, end-user training, and continuous process improvements

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in retail, supply chain, ERP support, or Hypercare
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Proficiency in SQL / PL-SQL and Linux scripting
Experience working with CSV integrations and data flows
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with GOLD ERP is an advantage
