Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading fast growing packaging solution provider. We are currently looking for a professional recruiter to work with business leaders to attract, source, assess, and hire the best people to meet the needs of the business growth

Ideal leader will lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple businesses under the group. You will source and pipeline internal and external talent using professional networks and HR industry leading technologies and systems. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top management across the group of company.


Job Responsibilities

  • Actively partner with leadership teams, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to gain a solid understanding of strategic objectives and job requirements.
  • Establish a deep understanding in assigned specialty area including knowledge of manufacturing business, industry, markets, and associations.
  • Drive the recruitment process to attain high quality talent and hiring manager engagement, including screening, interviewing and offer processing.
  • Utilize multiple creative techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent through low cost/no cost sources such as professional networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and job postings
  • Maintain and update candidate database to nurture a healthy pipeline of talents/ candidate prospects to support workforce continuity.
  • Promote employee branding for better company's awareness.
  • Train and counsel hiring managers, HR Business Partners and other employees on the recruiting process including relevant systems
  • Evaluate candidates by conducting phone screens and/or video interviews (live and on-demand), document feedback and ensure follow-up with hiring managers
  • Liaise with HRBP/line managers to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs.
  • Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, and policies to advance the talent function.

Job Requirements

  • More than 7 years of relevant professional experience inHR professional career, talent aquisition, HRBP, or recruitment.
  • Personally searched for mid-senior management positions before.
  • Ability to build key relationships and manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in business administration, human resources or relevant work experience
  • Proven recruitment function management experiences in both corporate recruiting role and in an agency/search firm role.
  • A well-organized person and able to multi-task in order to complete projects on time and to the satisfaction of both clients and candidates.
  • Good interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English.
