Team Lead - Learning System [HRIS Administrator]


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a listed international drilling, well service and engineering company with operations in more than 20 countries. Our reputable client is looking for Team Lead - Learning System (HRIS Administrator) who has in depth experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of ATS, ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tool. They are on hybrid, rotating mid shift based in Makati.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Leadership/People Management
  • Lead, and promote culture of teamwork, innovation and excellence in customer service
  • Implement clear performance objectives for all team members providing coaching and regular feedback on their performance against objectives.
  • Monitors and reviews progress and accuracy of work, directs efforts towards achieving agreed performance metrics and provides technical guidance on complex issues.
  • Identify and manage opportunities for development across the team and implement development plans to grow people competency and capability.
  • Conducts periodic appraisal and required follow up in accordance with the work delivery and output, following the policies of the company.
  • Facilitate in the training, job shadowing of colleagues/teammates
  • Facilitate in new hire training and understanding of new member within the team.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build, Develop and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts/stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of the business and its support requirements.
  • Develop strong working relationships with other HR service partners and managers to ensure a coherent and joined up approach to the delivery of HR services to the business.
  • Develops an understanding of operational requirement and plans for the Global Business Service in order to ensure the approach and advice is aligned and consistent with other HR service partners.
  • Service Delivery
  • Contribute to developing and distributing the procedures and tools specific to the discipline.
  • Manages the delivery of high quality services and ensuring the team is working together to meet service delivery expectations
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the team and clarify their process related queries
  • Responsible on the daily administration and maintenance of HR System - Cornerstone
  • Stay updated and support development of modules available in Cornerstone
  • Collaborate with e-Learning members to quality check and improve work methods.
  • Support in the integration of Cornerstone to other HR Systems (i.e IFS).
  • Support in system structure, training and competence processes and systems execution related to LMS Systems.
  • Assist HR Processes and Systems team in Headquarters with any system related task in Cornerstone or IFS HR module.
  • Proactively manage all HR channels and associated ways of customer contact with the team.
  • Manage team's utilization, and task distribution and accomplishments.
  • Responsible in ensuring operational schedule adherence by monitoring and managing appropriate workforce planning and schedules.
  • Participate in preparing and evaluation the HR related reports on workload management, service level agreement (SLA) achievement including quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensures quality and efficiency of own work deliverables.
  • Responsible in submission and coordination of status report(s) and/or other required report by the immediate supervisor/management
  • Contribute to process improvements.

  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time



Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, HRIS Administration/IT any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with IT systems at administrator/specialist level, in HRIS - ERP systems
  • Have at least 3 years' experience leading a team in a shared services industry serving global business.
  • Has vast knowledge and in-depth experience in administrating, managing, understanding, execution of ATS, ERP, LMS systems and tools, database functionality maintenance and reporting tool
  • Willing to work on rotating mid-shift
