Technical Account Manager (SaaS)

Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a client in looking for a Technical Account Manager. Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, having offices is multiple countries already. This role can be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with hybrid arrangement or Chennai, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring reported customer issues are resolved according to the SLA set.
  • Be the first point for troubleshooting and solutioning customer issues.
  • Become Voice of Customer internally, relaying customer issues to collaborating teams.
  • Documenting in the form of FAQs and articles.
  • Reducing churn rate and maintaining high MRR customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of customer support experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the SaaS business and technologies.
  • Technically knowledgeable and ability to come up with technical solutions.
