Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is hiring on behalf of one of the leading multinational pharmaceutical companies. We are seeking for a Territory Manager who will focus on marketing pharmaceutical products and increase sales and profitability performance. The position will directly report to the District Sales Manager. The office is based in BGC, Taguig City. Work set up is hybrid combination of work from home and field work.

Key job responsibilities include:
  • Call management - Promotes products to doctors and stakeholders
  • Conduct business partnership activities to build and maintain strong relationship with clients
  • Provide quality execution of agreed marketing strategies, programs and action.
  • Meet the quarterly targets for sales
  • Conduct Doctor Visits on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with sales counterparts to monitor product performance
  • Complete and submit designated reports weekly, monthly and quarterly or as required
  • Ensure effectiveness of the company's system and adhere to company's quality standards and procedures when conducting business

Key job qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably medical or health related courses
  • At least 1-year experience as Medical Sales Representative/Professional Sales Representative/Product Specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Must have 1 year experience in any of the 4 Therapeutic areas: cardio, pedia, derma, geriatrics
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Has high level of self-awareness
  • Able to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities
  • Able to handle stress and remain calm and productive under unexpected pressure
  • Customer service oriented
  • Must be open to work 4x a week on field and 1x a week from home
  • Must be open to work on weekends, only if necessary, but can be offset to another day
