Territory Sales Manager (Fintech)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Financial Technology company for the role of Territory Sales Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The Territory Sales Manager is a Hunter-based role and will be responsible in developing and managing the assigned area to effectively achieve the set target with the company's exciting and innovative product. Key responsibilities include from identifying new prospect, leading deal negotiations, and serving as the point of contact to maintain relationship with the developed clients.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop the necessary strategy to achieve the set Sales KPI.
  • Lead sales activities to the company's Enterprise product offering; from generating new leads, closing deal negotiations, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify potential clients and tailor an effective pitch strategy for the respective client.
  • Leading client presentations and bringing along other staff (CEO, CTO, Sales Engineer) as appropriate.
  • Serve as the client's first and main point of contact.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Hunter-based or B2B Sales Roles.
  • Previous working experience in the Financial-Services, Financial-Technology, or E-Commerce Industry.
  • Strong understanding in Payment Regulation, Payment Gateway, Core-Banking Platform, and API Platform System.
  • Strong communication skills in Written and Verbal English.
  • Strong capability in working individually and in a team.
  • A self-starter with strong entrepreneurial spirit and discipline to achieve individual KPI.
