Territory Sales Manager (Johor)

Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with an organisation in the Industrial sector to hire a Territory Sales Manager. This opportunity is based in Johor, Malaysia.

Position Overview
The role is responsible for driving sales growth and business development within the assigned market.
It plays a critical role in expanding regional presence and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment or compressor sales

Technical / Functional Expertise

  • Proven experience in B2B industrial equipment sales
  • Demonstrated track record in compressor sales
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy execution and market development
