Our client, the company with innovative technology, is seeking a Test Engineering specialist with at least 5 years of experience for Test Engineering Lead position. This role will work in Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager based in Headquarter, he/she will ensure act as the primary interface between company and the EMS suppliers for all manufacturing test related topics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop & support manufacturing test solutions by working closely with other engineers and EMS to come up with the test solutions.
- Provide support (On-site and remote) for factory builds during NPI & sustaining phases.
- Participate in failure analysis and drive for root cause & corrective actions for problems that may arise during builds.
- Review and analyze build data to assist with making critical decisions.
- Prepare technical documentation - specifications and test plans. Perform Measuring System Analysis (Gauge R&R) & Process Capabilities analysis on test systems.
- Prepare, support, and help maintain test systems at vendor locations.
- Perform regular test audits on supplier test practices employed on products.
- Supporting Digitization, Lean & Automation.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Electronic / Automation or equivalent education. Master Degree is an added advantage.
- 5-7 years of experience in Manufacturing Test Engineering, Test Development environment for electronics products, PCB preferably.
- Experience in various Test Technologies, Test Concept design, Test Development, Implementation and release process.
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving capability
- Strong communications skills (written & verbal) in a multi-cultural technical environment.
- Strong sense of ownership with ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent English communication
