Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a premier fast-food chain. Our respective client is looking for a Trade Marketing Officer whose role is responsible for the strategic planning, organizing, leading, and controlling of marketing programs for the assigned district and ensures that such programs contribute to the achievement of the set district sales/growth targets. This position is on temporary work-from-home, will be reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, and is located in Pasig, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Supports Store Operations Group of the assigned regional business unit in their local demand-creation initiatives
- Start the conceptualization, development, implementation, and evaluation of Trade/Local Store Marketing programs for assigned area
- Strengthen the roll-out of nationwide product initiatives by driving the implementation of the resulting store operational plans with the Operations Group.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years work experience in Trade Marketing, Market Research, Events, and Promotions marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or Advertising/Media
- Has experience in conceptualizing, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating various events and promotional activities
- With strong experience in market analysis, brand equity management, brand communications management
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills
- With organizational, strategic, technical, and leadership competencies.
- Good economic understanding and industry insight (good customer and market orientation)
- Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations
- Willing to do fieldwork (as needed)
- Willing to work in Pasig City
