Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is partnered with a leading organization within the retail and marketing space. Due to rapid growth, they are currently seeking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years' experience working on user-centric mobile design projects.
Job description:
- Identify design problems and prototype solutions shaping the user experience of our products.
- Translate user stories or concepts into detailed wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experience.
- Creation of all wireframes, prototypes, screen interaction diagram.
- Work in conjunction with a team of Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Analyst to deliver the best possible user-centered product.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure thorough implementation of finalized designs.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment on multiple, simultaneous projects.
Job qualification:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working on user-centric mobile design projects.
- Together with the CV kindly share a portfolio of work demonstrating candidate full design process.
- Experience in creating thoughtful, clear and delightful web and mobile experiences.
- Proficiency in prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g. AdobeXD, Sketch.io).
- Ability to consider the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design.
- Ability to distil complex problems into clear, user centered solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience working closely with development SCRUM teams on Agile projects.
- Business proficiency in English.
