VP Direct Lending (Fintech)


Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a reputable fintech company for the job of VP Direct Lending. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Summary

As the VP Direct Lending, you will lead the Sales Team's strategy and revenue operations. These responsibilities include defining and owning the GTM strategy, defining processes and policies. You will be responsible for organizational design, incentives structures, as well as, coverage and account planning. As a strategy leader, you will manage the operating, modeling, and metrics of the sales business, ensuring a successful GTM across the sales funnel.

The VP Direct Lending key job responsibilities include:

  • Identify and implement sales and business processes and implementations
  • Work with our risk, product, and tech team to map out and implement processes as we continue to scale
  • Go to Market design and territory management including annual planning and quota setting
  • Own and drive sales methodology and enablement strategy and execution
  • Commission design and implementation
  • Drive the revenue growth of the sales team

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience
  • Deep experience, capability, and orientation to working with data to drive decisions
  • Experience implementing Sales strategy, training, and enablement efforts
  • Experience rolling up forecast reports from multiple data sources
  • Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Experience in a collaborative, fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment
  • Preferably someone with experience in B2B lending product in bank and/or fintech
