Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Manufacturing Head on behalf of popular snack food manufacturer in the country. This role will be based in Calamba, Laguna.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or plant management role
- Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment is required
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, transport, and distribution
- Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including GMP, HACCP, and relevant FDA or local regulatory requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems is an advantage
