We are seeking a VP of Digital Product with solid experience in Lending Products be it coming from Multifinance companies or Banking or Fintech companies. Strong preference towards candidates that have been establishing new business and have hands-on experiences in product strategy, product development and execution (down to business operations).
Key Requirements
- More than 15 years in Lending Financial Services landscape in Indonesia, with relevant exposure to products within Multifinance companies or Banking or Fintech companies (with multiple products & complex databases).
- Strong leadership, product & business management and managing multi-level and multi-countries stakeholders.
- Experience with hands-on product strategy, product development, and product management operations.
- Good network & reputation with OJK - especially following their regulations during product development phases.
- Exposure requirement during company transformation strategy, execution and post-transformation evaluations.
