Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Indonesia. Our client is seeking an experienced VP Operations & Strategy to drive operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and sustainable business growth across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with the executive leadership team to translate business strategy into operational priorities and measurable outcomes.
Lead hospital-wide operational excellence, transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
Oversee cross-functional performance and drive improvements in patient flow, service quality, productivity, and overall patient experience.
Support business growth through service expansion, new initiatives, and continuous improvement of the hospital operating model.
Establish strong performance management, governance, and operational KPI frameworks.
Drive collaboration across clinical, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare/hospital management, with significant exposure to senior operational leadership.
Strong track record in hospital operations, strategy, transformation, or operational excellence.
Experience leading complex cross-functional teams and working closely with C-level executives.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
