Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a world leader in rapid diagnostics, with a focus on cardio metabolic disease, infectious disease and toxicology. The job is based in the Philippines.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily/weekly/monthly activities of the Credit & Collections Team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage Monthly Statements/Dunning Process
  • Manage and respond to customer requests for copies of invoices, proof of deliveries and or statements
  • Manage customer disputes through Dispute Management and assign to customer services and/or Credit & Collections Team
  • Process refunds
  • Process Direct Debits
  • Initiate credit limit changes as needed
  • Prepare communication to customers related to refunds, e-statements, etc.
  • Support with month end activities including generation and submission of reports, generation of monthly statements etc.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and e-mail regarding order status, payment status, queries and other topics in a professional, positive and courteous manner
  • Provide banks with requested information and documentation
  • Monitor the success of service provided and deliver an excellent customer experience

Job requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter, possesses flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking
  • Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
  • Third Level Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years’ experience working in an analytical role
  • SAP (Systems, Applications and Products) or other major ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems experience is desirable
  • Experience with Qlikview or similar reporting tools is an advantage
  • Previous collection/customer service experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not essential
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail ·curate and usable summaries
  •  Excellent MS Excel skills
