Our respected client is seeking a human resources professional with at least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition and development for the job of Assistant Human Resource Manager (Talent Acquisition, Development). The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job summary:

The Assistant Human Resource Manager (Talent Acquisition, Development) is responsible to provide general human resources functions with a focus on talent acquisition and talent development. The Assistant Human Resource Manager (Talent Acquisition, Development) will be in charge of retaining and attracting high-quality talent for the company.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Establish integrated recruitment process in accordance with the company’s budget and resources
  • Conduct learning and development activities for employees (i.e. training, seminar, induction, townhall, e-learning, team building), including the administrative matters,
  • preparation, and implementation, in accordance with the company’s budget and resources.
  • Communicate HR related matters effectively, provide timely delivery of information, and use the most appropriate method of communication with internal and external parties.

Key job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Four years’ experience in HR recruitment and development
  • Able to develop recruitment and L&D plans
  • Highly energetic and possess enthusiasm to deal with any HR related issues
  • Good problem-solving skills and carry out responsibilities under minimum supervision
