Our respected client is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual for the job of a B2B TeleSales Trainer to be part of their growing pioneer team. The job is based in the Philippines and will be on a WFH set-up for the mean time.
Job Summary:
The B2B TeleSales Trainer will be working closely with the telesales team to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity.
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct skills gap analysis.
- In-charge of preparing learning and sales material and evaluate results.
- Increase the overall performance of the sales teams
- Ensure sales team has the skills to achieve their goals.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any course
- Has at least 4-8 years of proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Strong expertise in B2B telesales
- Has excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Has the ability to develop sales scripts and trainings
- Delivering on-site and online trainings for the team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
